Become a Group Fitness Instructor and Gym Instructor

With a Certificate III in Fitness, you can become a Group Fitness Instructor and Gym Instructor. This qualification will enable you to teach group fitness classes and work as a gym instructor. You will learn how to design and deliver safe and effective exercise programs, as well as how the body works. The Cert III in Fitness is a pre-requisite to the Cert IV in Fitness. Fit Education is an approved SAS provider so C3G QLD Government funding is available for the Cert III in Fitness.

Become a Personal Trainer

With a Certificate IV in Fitness, you can become a Personal Trainer. This qualification will enable you to work one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. You will learn how to conduct fitness assessments, design and deliver personalized exercise programs, strength and conditioning and how to run a small PT business. Fit Education’s Cert IV in Fitness articualtes directly into programs at the University of Sunshine Coast.

Work in Sport

The Diploma of Sport prepares you to work as a sports coach, sport development officer, high performance sport, and elite sport. Sport coaching is rated as a “very strong growth” career prospect by the Australian Government. With the Brisbane 2032 Olympics on the horizon and the rise of womens sport there is no better time to enter the industry. Our articulation arrangements with Griffith University and with University of Sunshine Coast, allow graduates to receive credit towards bachelor studies.

Study the Diploma of Sport through one of our prestigious Sports Academies and you will  train with legendary coaches while you study your Diploma of Sport.

Work as a Nutrition Consultant

As a Nutrition Consultant, you’ll be able to work with a wide variety of clients, identifying their goals and creating nutritional programs, using evidence-based research and interventions. Our Certificate in Nutrition program covers all the essential topics you need to know to become a successful Nutrition Consultant. From understanding obesity and its impact on health, to mastering the intricacies of macronutrients and micronutrients, to learning about popular diets and food intolerances – our curriculum is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of nutrition science.

Our courses include a Coach/Mentor role, which provides students with supervision while performing a variety of fitness industry-related tasks relevant to their course.
