Periodisation – Performance Criteria In Season
- Maintain /improve physical KPI’s
- Eliminate any physical weaknesses
- Maintain / promote physical adaptations including all relevant fitness components. Keep the plates spinning
- Regular assessment / testing as non-invasive as possible
- Assess wellness if possible
