About LiFT Strength and Conditioning:
LiFT Strength and Conditioning was established in 2019 on the Sunshine Coast. Since then, we have grown to 7 studios, and have bold plans to expand further throughout Australia and beyond.
Our primary training focuses are Strength, Endurance, and Conditioning. We take pride in offering science-backed, strength-based programs that deliver amazing, long-term, and sustainable results, diverging from conventional ‘cardio’ training methods.

The Role:
As a LiFT Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on our members’ fitness journeys. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Delivering engaging and dynamic group exercise experiences that focus on safety, community and results.
– Providing expert guidance and instruction to ensure proper form and technique, while motivating and inspiring participants to push their limits.
– Adapting exercises to meet the diverse needs and fitness levels of our members.
– Cultivating a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the group sessions, fostering a sense of community and support among participants.
– Monitoring and tracking member progress, offering personalised feedback and encouragement to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
– Relevant certification or qualifications in fitness instruction or group exercise coaching with a minimum of Cert 3 in health and fitness.
– Proven experience in leading and instructing group exercise classes.
– Strong knowledge of strength training, endurance conditioning, and exercise technique.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and inspire participants.
– A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
