Fitstop Idalia is a local functional group training centre located in the bustling Fairfield & Co precinct.

At Fitstop we take a results-driven, athlete-inspired approach to health and fitness. Our Trainers provide hands-on coaching to ensure our members are continually progressing and striving to reach their full potential.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Trainer with a genuine passion for health and fitness who loves having a positive impact on the lives of others.

Our Trainer Roles

Our team is the welcoming face of Fitstop Idalia and play an integral part in the success of our members.  As part of the Fitstop team you will be surrounded by a strong and passionate community which you will contribute to by being able to build and maintain great relationships.

You will inspire our members by delivering exceptional group training sessions, bringing the best energy and vibe to every single one. You’ll also be proud to promote and participate in our location initiatives as a valued member of the Fitstop Idalia family.

This is a casual role where the successful applicant can expect up to 10hrs per week (plus leave cover) running sessions on weekday mornings/afternoons and Saturday mornings (6-9am). Most of our Trainers work or study elsewhere and find that our roster fits in well around their other commitments.

We are looking for exceptional humans, who are inspirational trainers willing to go the extra mile to give our members the absolute best hour of their day.

Key Requirements

• Certificate III in Fitness
• Proven Group Training Experience
• Passion for High Energy Functional Training
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Excellent Member Service Skills
• Very Comfortable with Social Media
• Great Team Player
• Awesome Communication Skills
